Kintsugi Wellbeing facilitates healing journeys, increasing Flow, Integrity, Purpose, and Self-trust. We view ‘survival strategies’ through an appreciative lens, contextualising the past need for these, so that losses can be mourned, and space for change can be created.
Centring the Mind, through movement and play is one of our biggest selling points – we know that Neuro-spiciness can reduce how easily we engage with Mindfulness and concentration.
At Kintsugi Wellbeing, we provide psycho-education and the reasons for offering carefully paced, embodiment practices and activities, so that you don’t feel overwhelmed by stimulus, or underwhelmed by lack of focus.
